Mommy and Dad kept motivating you and you stored getting up and attempting repeatedly until you acquired it right.

You discovered to read by damaging your alphabet enough times to finally get it right. By messing up writing your letters ’till you got them right. By misspelling and misreading the words until you have them right. The errors were plentiful. But you were never an inability – you were just learning.

Like riding a bike, driving a car, playing a sport, going out with, for gosh sakes. Deciding on a career or a mate, perhaps.

A whole lot more a trial and error process where inability and success are two sides of the same coin.

What’s Different Regarding Dieting?

In some ways dieting is the same and in some ways it’s different from most other things.

It’s the same because failure and success should go collectively – 2 sides of the identical coin.

It can different because, let’s face it, an individual really want to diet in the first place. And also you probably have negative thoughts and feelings about diet.

We all want to walk, read, drive a car, and have a great career and a great mate. No one wants to diet.

“Dieting” connotations are negative.

And so, when you are unsuccessful or slip from your diet, since you start this diet with negative thoughts and feelings in the first place – mindful or subconscious – you often blow those flops disproportionate looking for an excuse – conscious or subconscious – to give up.

And when you do quit your diet, you inevitably play the role of00 an inability, get down on yourself, and take a hit to your ego, self-esteem, and self-esteem.

After a while the pain of that failure goes away.

That’s when you’re ready to try another popular diet that comes. New statistics indicate that individuals “try” an average of 4 new diets every year.

This is where the really big difference about dieting lies. This kind of is the problem.

You don’t learn how to diet any better from your past mistakes. Likely to approach and go on your next diet precisely the same way you went on your last failed diet. Plus the one before that and normally the one before that.

Sure, you change diets. You vary from low-fat to high protein to low carbs to heart healthy and on and.

Yet you don’t change how you will go about dieting.

But since many times as you slip at dieting and stand up and give it another try, you no longer get any better at it the next time. Or the next.
